MAKE AN IMPACT
The goal of anyone in ministry should be to make an impact for Jesus, no matter what position we fill. 1 Corinthians 12:12 describes the church as a body made up of many parts, each one fulfilling a purpose. Applied to youth ministry, this means that everybody is needed and every position is vital. Whether greeting students, leading worship, or speaking on a stage, every position has a purpose and is necessary to the growth of the youth group!
CONNECT WITH STUDENTS
If they don’t know that we care about their lives and have their best interests at heart, they won’t listen to what we have to say. Connecting with students takes time and effort.
SHOW THEM JESUS
Engage them on a deeper level. The objective in all of this is to be able to make our relationships with students a conduit that Jesus can move through to affect their lives. We want to be able to speak into students’ lives and make a positive impact. We want students to fulfil the calling that God has placed on their lives.
ABOUT US
We have a dream of seeing teenagers give their lives to Jesus; whether it be one at a time or by the thousands. Leading the Youth towards Christ is our calling.

GO AND MAKE DISCIPLES
Connecting with students and helping them connect with Jesus is one of the most rewarding experiences one can have. Many lifelong relationships can be built along this journey. It may seem difficult at first – don’t give up. It is well worth the struggle.
